Resumen: Habito funciona 100% en tu teléfono. No tenemos cuentas, servidores ni base de datos en la nube. No recopilamos, vemos ni compartimos ninguno de tus datos.
Habito es una app de hábitos saludables desarrollada por Rift Labs. Esta política explica cómo se manejan tus datos al usar la app.
Toda la información que cargás (nombre, hábitos, suplementos, rutina de entrenamiento, peso y medidas, y la fecha de tu ciclo menstrual si elegís activarlo) se guarda únicamente en el almacenamiento local de tu dispositivo. Nunca sale de tu teléfono hacia nosotros ni hacia terceros.
Si activás el seguimiento del ciclo menstrual, la fecha de tu último período se usa solo en tu dispositivo para calcular tu fase y adaptar el contenido. No se transmite a ningún lado. Podés desactivarlo o cambiar la fecha cuando quieras desde Ajustes.
Tenés dos formas de cargar la fecha: manual (la elegís en un calendario) o, opcionalmente, desde Apple Health. Si activás la integración con Apple Health, la app lee únicamente la fecha del último día marcado como inicio de período (HKCategoryTypeIdentifierMenstrualFlow con la metadata HKMenstrualCycleStart). La integración es de solo lectura: nunca escribimos en Apple Health, no compartimos esos datos con nadie, y no salen de tu teléfono. Podés desconectar Apple Health en cualquier momento desde Ajustes → Perfil, y la app sigue funcionando con la fecha manual.
Como toda app de iOS, los datos de Habito pueden quedar incluidos en la copia de seguridad de tu dispositivo (por ejemplo, iCloud) según la configuración de tu teléfono. Esa copia la gestiona Apple bajo tu cuenta; nosotros no tenemos acceso a ella.
La app no realiza ninguna llamada de red. Las tipografías vienen empaquetadas dentro del bundle de la app, así que ni siquiera para eso se conecta a internet.
Habito no está dirigida a menores de 13 años y no recopila datos de ninguna persona.
Si en el futuro agregamos funciones que requieran tratar datos (por ejemplo, sincronización entre dispositivos), actualizaremos esta política y lo informaremos en la app antes de activarlas.

Habito is a healthy-habits app built by Rift Labs. This policy explains how your data is handled when you use the app.
Everything you enter (name, habits, supplements, workout routine, weight and measurements, and your menstrual cycle start date if you enable it) is stored only in your device's local storage. It never leaves your phone to reach us or any third party.
If you enable menstrual cycle tracking, the date of your last period is used only on your device to compute your phase and adapt content. It is never transmitted. You can turn it off or change the date anytime in Settings.
There are two ways to enter the date: manually (via a calendar) or, optionally, from Apple Health. If you enable the Apple Health integration, the app reads only the start date of the most recent period (HKCategoryTypeIdentifierMenstrualFlow with the HKMenstrualCycleStart metadata flag). The integration is read-only: we never write to Apple Health, we do not share that data with anyone, and it does not leave your phone. You can disconnect Apple Health anytime from Settings → Profile, and the app continues working with the manual date.
Like any iOS app, Habito's data may be included in your device backup (e.g., iCloud) depending on your phone's settings. That backup is managed by Apple under your account; we have no access to it.
The app makes no network calls at all. Fonts are bundled inside the app, so it doesn't even connect to the internet for those.
Habito is not directed at children under 13 and does not collect data from anyone.
If we add features that require processing data (for example, cross-device sync), we will update this policy and notify you in the app before enabling them.
